Manage My Profile

As long as you remember your PIN, you can manage your profile information and receive an e-mail notification of these changes (if requested). When you decide to change your account information, you should also verify your current account settings (e-mail address and security questions).

To manage your account information:

  1. From the VerifyAdvantage® home page, click Employee and log in.

  2. From the navigation menu, select My Account and then select Manage Profile.

  3. At the Personal Information section, make the necessary updates and click Save .

  1. A message is displayed letting you know that your profile has been successfully updated.
