Request Verification Report

As an Employer, you can purchase a verification report on non-employees (as a Requestor) or view reports for your employees at no additional cost.

To request a verification report:

  1. From the VerifyAdvantage® home page, click Employer and log in.

  2. At the home page select Request Report from the 3 options displayed or go to Verification and click Request Verification Report from the navigation menu along the top of the page.

  3. At the Applicant Search page, complete the Search Criteria and Report Purpose sections and click Search.

  1. If your search is successful, the Employee Summary window appears confirming the applicant has been found.

NOTE: If our database contains the history on more than one employer for this individual, you will need to click the check box next to the appropriate employer.  Selecting more than one check box will result in multiple reports and their related fees for any reports on individuals that are not employees of your company.

  1. Click Select next to the appropriate Employer Name and click Purchase Report.

NOTE: If you are requesting a report on one of your own employees you will still need to click the Purchase Report button but will not be charges the corresponding fee.

  1. From the Legal Agreements page click I Agree you must agree to the legal forms to complete your transaction. Once you select I Agree, the legal form will change and you must click I Agree once again.

NOTE: You will need to agree to the legal forms before transaction can be completed. If you select the check box in the 2nd paragraph you can avoid this Legal Agreements page for future requests.

  1. At the Select Payment Option page, select the credit card you would like to use to purchase the report.

  2. From the Order Confirmation page, verify the information to be ordered has been entered correctly. If the information is not correct, click Edit to modify the information to be ordered. Once the information is correct, click Confirm.

  3. The transaction has been completed and the report should now appear on your screen. Press the Print button to print your report.

NOTE: You will have the option to print the report or click Continue . Clicking Continue will take you back to the main VerifyAdvantage® page. To review the report after clicking Continue you must access it by viewing the Verification History Report . To view the Verification History, from the navigation menu select Verification and select View Verification History.
