View Requestor Activity

You may access the VerifyAdvantage® system at any time to view history of the verifications viewed, authorized or requested within the past year.

To View Requestor Activity:

  1. From the VerifyAdvantage® home page, click Employee and log in.

  2. From the navigation menu, go to Verification and click View Requestor Activity.

  3. On the Verification History Results page you can view the status of a report request and view all of the Requestors that were provided a report.

  4. To view the actual report that was provided to a Requestor, click the corresponding Document Tracking Number.

NOTE:  If a Document Tracking Number and date accessed is blank, the requestor is authorized to receive a verification of employment or income but has not yet viewed it. The expiration date is the last day a requestor is able to access a report.

  1. When the Document Tracking Number is selected, your report will be displayed on the screen. This is the report that was provided for this Requestor. Click the Print button to print your report or click Continue.

NOTE: You will be directed to the homepage. You may now select another menu option from the navigation pane along the top of the page or logout of the system.
