Resetting Your PIN

You can reset your PIN by clicking the Reset my pin option from the Employee page.

To reset your pin:

  1. Type your date of birth and your current PIN number in the text boxes.

  2. Type your new PIN in the New PIN text box and retype it again to confirm in the Confirm Your New PIN text box.

  3. Click Reset PIN.

  4. From the VerifyAdvantage® home page, click Employee or click Log in under the Employee section.

  5. From the Employee Login page, click Reset my PIN.

  6. Complete the User Credential and Choose Your New PIN sections and then click Reset PIN.

  7. You should now receive a message advising that your PIN has been successfully changed, click Continue.

NOTE: You will be directed back to the Employee Login page. You may now reattempt to log in to the system.
