Fetching Your Password

If you are a returning Employer, you may have forgotten your password. You can have your password sent to you via the email address you designated in your account information.

 

To receive (fetch) a new password via email:

  1. From the VerifyAdvantage® home page, click Employer or click Log In under the Employer section.

  2. At the Employer log in page, click Fetch Password.

  3. Type your user name in the text box and click Submit .

  4. At the Identity Confirmation page, type the answer to your security question in the text box and click Submit.

  5. You will see a confirmation page telling you your password has been sent to you. Click Continue.

NOTE: You will be directed back to the Employer Login page. When you receive your password via e-mail, you can now use this password to log in to the system again.
