As an Employer, you have the ability to view the information on your existing employees or purchase verification reports on non-employees as a Requestor. To do so, you must be set up as an Employer as well as a Requestor in the VerifyAdvantage system. This requires that a Requestor Information Form (RIF) be completed. The RIF is a series of forms which allows you to further define your account setup information.
Company Information: Requires basic company information used to set the credential level.
Business Information: Captures information related to company size and the volume of expected work.
Additional Information: Collects permissible purpose, additional company and bank information.
Company Contacts: Allows addition and editing of contacts for the company.
Trade References: Trade reference refers to business related references that can vouch for the requestor.
Stock Exchange or Partners: Captures stock exchange or partner information for publicly traded companies.
Payment Methods: Allows you to enter default payment information which will be kept on file.
From the VerifyAdvantage home page, click Employer and log in.
Go to My Account and then click Requestor Information Form.
Select the section you want to edit from the left menu panel.

Make the necessary changes and click Save.
