Requestor Information Form

As an Employer, you have the ability to view the information on your existing employees or purchase verification reports on non-employees as a Requestor. To do so, you must be set up as an Employer as well as a Requestor in the VerifyAdvantage system. This requires that a Requestor Information Form (RIF) be completed.  The RIF is a series of forms which allows you to further define your account setup information.

Accessing and Editing the RIF:

  1. From the VerifyAdvantage home page, click Employer and log in.

  2. Go to My Account and then click Requestor Information Form.

  3. Select the section you want to edit from the left menu panel.

Note: * Denotes a required field

  1. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
