As long as you remember your User Name and password, you can manage your Requestor profile. When you decide to change your account information, you should also verify your current account settings (e-mail address and security questions).
From the VerifyAdvantage home page, click Requestor and log in.
From the navigation menu, click My Account > Manage Profile .
At the Manage Profile page, make any changes you desire to your account information in the Personal Information, and Security Information sections.
Refer to the following table for details on filling out the sections.

In order to save changes to your profile, you must type in a current password. |
NOTE: The e-mail address is used to allow you to receive information on your account, therefore you must enter a valid email address. You are also required to select a question and answer for security purpose.
In order to make any changes to your profile information, you must enter a valid password in the Current Password field and click Save .
